The built environment stands at a sustainability tipping point, and marketing is a crucial lever.
That’s why this year’s CMA Awards introduce Best Sustainable Marketing Initiative— honouring work that sparks greener choices through smarter strategy, bold creativity and measurably low-impact execution.
Best Sustainable Marketing Initiative
This new award honours campaigns that champion sustainability through the message they share, the methods they use or the behaviours they inspire within the construction and built environment sector
What the judges will reward:
- Promoting greener choices – low-carbon products, circular solutions or sustainable behaviours.
- Authentic ESG alignment – clearly connected to wider environmental or social goals.
- Low-impact delivery – smart channel mix, responsible production, waste or carbon reduction.
- Measurable results – shifts in awareness, behaviour or bottom-line impact.
Show us how your initiative championed sustainability, the responsible choices you made, and, above all, the tangible environmental and business impact you achieved.

And this year’s winners will be revealed on Wednesday 3 December at a new venue — the elegant 8 Northumberland Avenue in central London, just off Trafalgar Square.
