We are delighted to announce that Fix Radio, the Builders Station, will be a Premier Supporter of this year’s CMAs.
Broadcasting nationally on DAB since May 2022, Fix Radio has an average reach of more than 460,000 tradespeople each week.
They will be using their reach into the market to encourage entries into a new CMA category – the Best Campaign Targeting Skilled Trades.
The station was launched in 2017 and has been built from the ground-up with tradespeople in mind, providing a mixture of authentic trade voices, up-beat music and a schedule designed around the tradesperson’s day.
The station’s presenters include social media influencers the Bald Builders, Clive Holland of the BBC and formerly Cowboy Trap, the country’s most famous plasterer Chris Frediani from DIY SOS, plumbing influencer Andy Cam, electrician-turned-YouTuber Thomas Nagy, carpenter, craftsman and social media influencer Robin Clevett as well as TV presenter and builder, Mark Millar.
Rob O’Connell, the Chief Operating Officer of Fix Radio said the station was keen to encourage entries for the new category.
“We hold the trade community close to our hearts and we are honoured to support the CMA awards. We are excited to see campaigns in this new category that showcase innovation, creativity and engagement capturing the attention of skilled tradespeople.” said Rob.
