This category is open to all agencies wholly focused on public relations, or for those parts of multi or full service agencies who are wholly focused on delivering such campaigns.
Public Relations is about reputation – the result of what you do, what you say and what others say about you. Public Relations is the discipline which looks after reputation, with the aim of earning understanding and support and influencing opinion and behaviour. It is the planned and sustained effort to establish and maintain goodwill and mutual understanding between an organisation and its publics
Judges will be looking for:
- Consistent high performance delivering tangible results for one or more
clients in the construction sector, achieving demonstrable business success by meeting client objectives, proactively and strategically contributing to clients’ successes – making a difference rather than riding on successful clients. - Demonstration of high-quality customer relationship management processes leading to happy clients. Evidence could include a high degree of client loyalty and significant new client acquisition.
- A strong culture of creativity and originality.
- Staff development and motivation programmes that really work, promoting high quality and loyal teams.
Entrants are asked to submit no more than three case studies of their work which should fit on two pages of an A4 document (submit as a pdf). These should include details of objectives, strategy, creation, delivery, and results.
Note: Entrants shortlisted in the Agency categories (24,25 and 26) will be invited to present their award submission. The presentation day will be in London. Further information will be supplied, following the initial judges’ meeting and announcement of the shortlisted entries.
